All quotations are indicative and subject to availability at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and issue a written confirmation. Until then, no contract is formed.

You must provide accurate information for every traveller, including names exactly as they appear on passports, dates of birth and any details required for visas. We are not liable for disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete details supplied by you.

Package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are based on tariffs, exchange rates and taxes applicable at the time of quotation. Prices may change if costs increase before confirmation (for example due to currency fluctuation, fuel surcharges, or revised airline or hotel tariffs).

Prices published on the website, including any displayed package rates, are subject to change without notice and do not constitute an offer. The price confirmed in writing at the time of booking is the price that applies.

An advance payment is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before the travel date as specified in your itinerary. Payments must be made through the methods we approve. A booking may be cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.

Cancellation charges generally apply as follows, calculated on the package cost:

• More than 45 days before departure: forfeiture of any non-refundable advance paid.
• 31–45 days before departure: 25% of the package cost.
• 16–30 days before departure: 50% of the package cost.
• 8–15 days before departure: 75% of the package cost.
• Less than 8 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the package cost.

Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment source within a reasonable period, subject to deductions from third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) that are beyond our control. Refund timelines depend on the respective suppliers.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, permits and any other documents required for travel. Visa assistance provided by us is a facilitation service and does not guarantee issuance; approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. We are not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal or losses arising from invalid or insufficient documents.

We reserve the right to modify an itinerary, accommodation, transport or schedule if required by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, strikes, government regulations, supplier changes or force majeure. Where possible, we will offer comparable alternatives and will not be liable for consequential losses.

You agree to behave responsibly and comply with the laws and customs of the destinations visited, as well as the rules of airlines, hotels and other service providers. We may remove you from a tour, at your expense, if your conduct endangers others or disrupts the trip.

You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities or special needs before booking so we can advise on suitability. You are responsible for obtaining recommended vaccinations, medications and travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellation and baggage.

We act as an organiser and booking agent for third-party services such as airlines, hotels, transport operators and local guides. While we select reputable suppliers, we are not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, accidents or losses. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the amount we received for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, transport disruption or other force majeure events. In such cases, costs incurred (including rescheduling or repatriation) may be passed on to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
